Microshuttle

The Scholzen Microshuttle is completely new on the market. For the first time, it is possible to transport or ship sensitive preparations completely anaerobically, without external influences (gel), by using a gas mixture. The process is protected by patent law. The sample is placed in the Scholzen Microshuttle immediately after it has been taken. When the shuttle is screwed on airtight, the valve of the internal anaerobic gas cartridge opens at the same time. The interior is completely gassed and becomes completely anaerobic within a few minutes. The cartridges can be refilled and are therefore reusable. With large sample volumes, the shuttle type MS 150 can be used to gasse anaerobic samples directly from the gas bottle. To ensure long-term anaerobic conditions, the shuttle is also equipped with a catalyst. The constant slight overpressure in the interior also prevents the sample from drying out. The compact dimensions of the shuttle allow it to be easily sent by post by putting it in the mailbox.
